The Receiver Cant Hear Me.

To reset the Jabra Supreme, press the answer/end and the volume + buttons while turning the unit ON. Hold the buttons for about 6 seconds, release, then turn the Supreme OFF. You'll need to remove the Supreme from the Paired Devices list on the iPhone. When you turn the Supreme back on you'll need to pair it again to the iPhone.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, unfortunately, you need to try resetting the iPhone's Network Connections. This is explained in the iPhone's manual and you will lose information, such as network passwords, etc. This is why I don't like to try this first.
