Jabra Cruiser Ii Bt Sp - Voice Calling

Does the Jabra Cruiser II BT SP have the capability to make a "Voice Call"? If not, how do I remove my "contact list" that I loaded on it?

The Jabra CruiserII accesses your phone's contact list to announce incoming calls only. It can access the phone's Voice-Activated Commands menu to place calls virtually hands-free.
