The Samsung Ace supports the Bluetooth profile PBAP so it should just work - nothing special is needed. However, there were a few phones that, when they were introduced, had an improper implementation of PBAP - I would suggest you check to see if there's an update to the software available for your phone if it's not giving you the desired result now.

Keep in mind that the contact phone number information must be an exact match to what's coming from caller ID (area code, etc.) for the Freeway to say the name of the caller.
