I Cannot Hear A Call On The Bluetooth

I would suggest resetting the connection between your phone and the Jabra SP700. Start by removing the SP700 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Then, turn the phone OFF and, if possible, remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Turn the SP700 ON and simultaneously press the volume up, FM and answer/end buttons until you hear it go into pairing mode. When you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. You'll have to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and SP700 again, but it should work fine after that.
