Iphone 5 Is Not Discovering My Jabra Sp700 Help

Make sure you put the Jabra SP700 into pairing mode first. To do this, turn the SP700 ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it indicate that it's in Pairing Mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add it as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.

I was having a horrible time getting my new iPhone 5 to pair. (no problems with my 3 & 4S). I actually got this info by calling the automated technical service line at JABRA.
Unlike most models which require turning the device on, then holding the "Answer/End" button down to enter pairing mode, the Jabra SP700 is different and requires you to:
1) Turn the unit on.
2) Then turn the unit OFF and DO NOT turn back on.
3) Put your phone in bluetooth mode and make sure it is discoverable.
4) Hold down the "Answer/End" button until the blue bluetooth button on the Jabra unit (not the 2 flash - pause - 2 flash scenario) begins to flash rapidly and you should hear the unit say "Pairing Mode". (This might take 10 or 12 seconds, be patient)
5) Your phone should then find the unit and the Jabra unit should say "Connected".
6) IF it asks for a code (mine did not), the code should be 0000 (4 zeroes)
