Pairing Jabra Sp200 With Ipad2 3g

How do you pair jabra sp200 to ipad2 3G without a pin number? I can't find the instriction manual that came with Jabra sp200, S/N 45/09107257.

The passkey, or PIN, for any Jabra product is 0000 (four zeros), which cannot be changed.
