Power Issues
why does my unit power up and power down every few seconds?

It shouldn't. Reset the Jabra Journey by, starting with the unit turned ON, press and hold the answer/end button until the status light starts blinking constantly. Next, press and hold the answer/end button and the volume down buttons simultaneously until you see a brief purple light flash and hear a beep. You'll need to pair the Journey with your phone again but any issues you were having with the unit should be gone.
