How Do I Upgrade Software On My Jabra Journey Hfs003

To update the firmware on your Jabra Journey, download the proper firmware from Jabra.com to your PC. Next, connect your Journey to the PC using a USB cable. After that, run the updater you downloaded, turn the Journey ON and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need to put the Journey into update mode by pressing the Voice and answer/end buttons simultaneously when asked by the program to do so.
