Why Can I Not Unpair From Htc Evo And Start Topair It With Iphone
It seems odd I can not unpair my HTC EVO which I no longer use and start to pair up so I canuse my new I phone what gives Model # HFS003 Jabra Journey

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you're trying to un-pair the Jabra Journey from your HTC Evo phone. I suspect you're trying to do this on the Evo.
I'd suggest making sure the Journey is OFF and go into the Evo's Bluetooth menu. Select the Jabra Journey and remove it as a paired device from the phone.
You can also reset the Jabra Journey by turning the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear the voice indicate, "Pairing Mode." Once in this mode, press and hold the Volume Down and answer/end buttons simultaneously until you see a purple light flash. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it'll be in pairing mode.
After that, you should be able to add it as a new device from your new phone's Bluetooth menu.
