Jabra Journey Model Hfs003 Why Can't I Use Voice

You can try resetting the Jabra Journey: Turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Next, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons again until you hear the third (higher) tone. Turn the unit OFF and when you turn it ON again, it should start up in pairing mode (indicating that the unit was reset). This should resolve your issue.
