Having Trouble Connecting To Iphone 4s

I'd suggest you reset the Jabra Journey first. To do this, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Then, press and hold the Volume Down and answer/end buttons simultaneously until you hear a beep and the light flashes purple briefly. When you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it will be in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
