How Do I Get The Headset Line On The Telephone Console To Remain On?
I have a NEC Dterm IPk phone that works with the Jabra GN9120 headset and Jabra GN1000 lifter. When I raise the lifter from the headset I don't get a dial tone. I have to press the headset line button on the telephone console in order to get an outside line. I was able to connect before wothout having to press the headset line button and recently it has stopped working this way. Please advise.
