I Cannot Charge My Jaba Freeway. Can You Help

If you can't charge the Jabra Freeway, there's not much we can do in the way of troubleshooting. You can try reloading the firmware (go to Jabra.com, search for the support page for the Freeway and download the appropriate file). Otherwise, you'll need to contact Product Support to initiate a warranty claim. In North America the number is 800-327-2230 or you can email them at [email protected].
