Reset the Freeway by turning the unit on and then pressing and holding the answer/end, voice and mute buttons until you hear the tones. Turn the unit off. Reset your phone by simply turning it off and removing its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on.
You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair your phone and the Freeway again, but it should work perfectly after that. Your contacts aren't transferred from the phone to the Freeway as they were with Jabra's Cruiser2. Rather, the Freeway accesses your phone's contact list on the fly when a call is received.
