Making Voice Calls On Jabra Freeway.

I press the voice button and I get asked to enter my phone # which I do and then I am asked to a pin #. It did not ask those questions in the store. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it's the Freeway that's asking you for that information - is it dialing your voicemail for some reason? I would suggest you reset the device. Start by removing the Freeway from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

To reset the Freeway, turn the unit ON. Next, press and hold the following buttons simultaneously - the Answer/end, Voice and Mute buttons - until you hear the tones. Once this is done, turn the unit OFF and then ON again (it should start up in pairing mode).

You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
