No Voice Guide

Hi i update the firmware, n i lost the voice guide n voice for contact and another problem now my voice is very far, pls advice,tq

I would suggest reloading the firmware first, then reset the headset (with the unit turned ON, press and hold the volume up, volume down and answer/end buttons until you see the light turn white).
