I've Lost The Voice Commands On My Jabra 2 Extreme

1. Remove the Extreme2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu
2. Turn the Extreme2 ON
3. Simultaneously press the volume up, volume down and answer/end buttons until the light turns on white
4. Turn the Extreme2 OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode, verifying that it's been reset
You'll need to pair the Extreme2 with your phone again once this is complete. If you continue to have this issue, you will need to reload the firmware, available from the Jabra.com web site (search for Extreme2, support page).
