Cant Adjust Volume

I'd suggest you reset the two devices to regain this control. Start by removing the Jabra Extreme2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

Reset your phone by turning it OFF and then, if possible, removing its battery for at least 15 seconds.

Meanwhile, turn the Jabra Extreme ON, then press and hold the answer/end, volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously until the light flashes white. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and it will start up in pairing mode.

Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. Repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone with the headset again and it should work fine after that.
