Remove the Jabra headset as a paired device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the headset by, starting with the headset turned ON, press and hold the answer/end and the volume down buttons until the lights flash 5 times.
Reset your phone by removing its battery for about 15 seconds (if possible). Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. Pair the two devices - with the headset ON, press and hold the answer/end button until the Bluetooth light flashes constantly. You should be able to add the headset as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
