How To Reset The Jabra Drive Hands Free Device Model Hfs004

we have several devises and three of the devises can not be detected on the phones?

To reset your Jabra Drive, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode (the blue light will flash constantly - without pauses). Next, simultaneously press the Volume down and answer/end buttons until you hear the high-pitched tone. Turn the unit off and then on again and it will be in pairing mode (reset to factory defaults).
