Jabra Pairs But Won't Connect

I would suggest resetting the connection. Start by removing the Drive from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn your phone off and, if possible, remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Jabra Drive, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear the third (higher) tone. Next, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons, again until you hear the third (higher) tone. This will indicate that it's been reset.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. When you turn the Drive ON again, it will start up in pairing mode and you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone. It should work fine after that.
