It really shouldn't be too difficult to get the Voice-Activated Commands to function properly. If you believe there's an issue, you might want to reset both the phone and the Jabra Drive.
To reset your phone, you'll need to start by removing the Jabra Drive from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, simply turn your phone OFF and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. To reset your Jabra Drive, turn the unit ON and press and hold the answer/end button until you hear the third (higher) tone. Then, press and hold the answer/end AND volume down buttons until you hear the third (higher) tone. When you turn the Jabra Drive OFF and then ON again, it will turn on in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Drive again.
