The Nokia N8 uses standard Bluetooth protocols and is compatible with the Jabra Drive (or any Jabra Bluetooth device). I'm not sure what issue you're having, but I'm sure it can be addressed easily. If you're in another region, please refer to the contact information provided in the QuickStart Guide that came with your Jabra device.
