Why Does Blue Light Keep Blinking On My Jabr Cruiser 2

The blue light on the Jabra Cruiser2 is to identify whether another Bluetooth device is connected with the Cruiser2. If the light is flashing twice, then pauses, then flashes twice again, etc., it's "looking" for another device to connect with. If the blue light is on steady - it's connected.
