Got New Phone, Same One Jabra Won't Take Contacts This Time.

The Jabra Cruiser does not "take contacts" from your phone - it accesses your phone's contacts through a Bluetooth communications profile called PBAP (Phone Book Access Profile).
The Jabra Cruiser2 downloads the contacts from your phone - if this is the device you're using and you want to update the list in the Jabra Cruiser2, simply press the Mute button while connected to the phone and wait until the voice says, "Downloading phonebook."
