How Can I Turn On Voice

I'm not sure what you're asking. I would suggest we start with a reset. Remove the Cruiser as a paired device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn the Cruiser ON and simultaneously press Volume +, FM and answer/end until you hear it go into pairing mode. Turn the Cruiser OFF.
Turn your phone OFF and remove its battery for 15 seconds (if possible). Replace the battery and turn the phone back ON. Turn the Cruiser ON and repeat the pairing procedure to pair the phone with the Cruiser. Everything should work fine after this.
