Inoperative Unit
I have cleaned terminals and inserted a fresh AAA battery but headphones still inoperative. Anny suggestions?

Just make sure that the battery is installed properly. The battery only makes the Active Noise Cancelation feature work - either way (with or without a battery) you should be able to hear sound from the headphones.
If the problem persists, please call Jabra's Product Support Group at 800-327-2230. We'd like to know if the headphones ever worked properly, if so, when was the last time? Unfortunately, there isn't much in the way of troubleshooting this product, so if troubleshooting fails, the headphones are probably no longer functional.
