That really depends on where in the world you are! If you're in North America, you'd need to call our Product Support Group at 800-327-2230 or email them at [email protected]. If you're in a different region, check the Jabra web site for your region for contact info and warranty claims.
I can say that if you have a Jabra BT5020, at this point there wouldn't be any warranty. That product hasn't been manufactured since 2006/2007 and is no longer carried by Jabra's authorized resellers. With authorized resellers, Jabra has the opportunity to monitor inventory and rotate stock as necessary to avoid such old product remaining on retail shelves.
