I'm not sure what product you're asking about - Jabra doesn't have a model that has "7000" as a number and I'm not sure if you're actually talking about a Bluetooth headset or something different.

In order to use a Bluetooth headset with a PC, you have to have some device that brings Bluetooth into the PC. Specifically, that device has to support the Bluetooth profile, "HSP" (headset profile).

If all of this is installed and working properly, in Skype, you should be able to select the headset by going to Tools, Options and selecting Audio Settings.
