Why Can't I Get It To Stay On My Ear?

I cannot get the little plastic "over the ear" piece to stay on my ear and the size of the actual piece that fits into your ear is huge. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think I can answer what you're doing wrong, but the Jabra BT2045 is designed to be worn on either ear. Make sure you're using the ear gel to maintain comfort while wearing the headset and there are two different sized ear hooks included to make sure it fits properly around your ear.
