Car Stereo Model No. Kd-avx44

My JVC car stereo Model No. KD-AVX44 is not playing any music. It doesn't show the stations and plays no sound. In yellow writing it says there is NO AUDIO DEVICE. I went into the Menu and changed different things and was unable to fix it. It says Bluetooth in the upper left hand corner of thestereo but I don't use a phone or anything attached to it, just the AM/FM Stereo. I did notice in thebottom right hand corner it says DUAL.

Disconnect the negative power wire for 5 min.

Connect the wire and reset the stereo to factory default and see if that fixes this error' Click here for hard reset instructions.

If still unresolved please visit your local dealer for service.
