Replace Expired Check
What is the procedure for replacing an expired check that was never cashed?

Call Chase (or whichever other bank on whose account the check was written) and pay to stop payment; then write a new check. (Depending on the circumstances, it may be appropriate to deduct from the amount of the check the stop-payment fee.)
