When Tv Is Turned On Picture Comes On For About One Second And Goes Black.
I cannot get any functions to work whether with remote or the tv buttons, it comes on for 1 second and goes black and I can't get any sound ,menu screens, or get it to do anything other than turn off. then when I turn it off the light turns yellow and blinks about 15-18 times before stopping.
