Nothing On Screen. To Turn Off Green Light Have To Unplug.

Turn TV on green light appears but no picture/sound. To turn green light off to yellow have to unplug. TV purchased 2006 15 inch Insignia Model NS-LCD15

1. The answer is it could be either main board or power board. You won't find much information on these sets; they are a throw-away brand disowned by both the manufacturer and the retailer.
