I Can't Change The Input To Anything But Tv

Ensure that all of your cables/connections are secured properly. Try replacing any connections with new ones to see if that fixes the issue. Power cycle the TV: turn TV off, unplug it and then plug it back in and turn on after a minute. Reset settings back to factory defaults.
If you still experience issues, I would recommend seeking service repair.
