from my understanding the heated seats there is a pressure switch and from that pressure switch 2 ground wires connects to the seats individually. i dont believe the pressure switch is mentioned in the car manual . Process of elimination would suggest that its maybe the pressure switch being that its both seats . .
there are no images nor direct info in manual about setup for heated seats . .id say locate the wires and follow them up to the fuse or maybe up to the frontal heater switch .. a replace for that rages about $20-40 tops for that portion
the cold weather package for this model : which includes the heated seats ranged from $400-700 .. so im sure would be less that than $400 to repair the seats/ connection alone if taken to dealer/repair shop
factory manual : here
