I Have Been Unable To Send/receive Emails For Over 3 Weeks.
It takes over 24 hrs. to hear back from Incredimail. If they are sending me any help via email, I can't get it anyway. How can I uninstall incredimail completely, then reinstall it like brand new? I wish there was another program like Incredimail that had the beautiful backgrounds. I'd dump Incredimail for good.I sure hope you can help me. Thanks so much, Diane
