No Password Reset & Unable To Retrieve The Previous Files

To whom it may concern: Hi,I couldn't access my incredimail account since 26th of December 2012. When I enter my password, I'm getting this error message "the password you typed is incorrect" & "Critical error has occurred. Incredimail cannot continue this session. Details: Error failed to create Message Store".But I'm using 1 password only since I started using incredimail not unless someone is trying to access my account & have entered wrong password wrongly. I'm trying to follow the troubleshooting steps but nothing happened & there's no way to retrieve my previous files & emails. There's no way to reset my password.I sent an email yesterday via nanorep but until now I never received any reply. Hope this time I can get a reply from you. Looking forward to your prompt response.
