Email Stopped Working
I had used your free email for a couple of years and really liked it. It stopped working July 4thand I kept getting ads to update to incredimail 2 so I did. I was still unable to use it at all. It kept saying fill in the areas marked in red but I could not get to the place to enter anything?? I was billed $29.95 on my credit card. Please either help me set this up correctly or cancel and refund my money. I am now using another email that is with my internet package (Mediacom) but when I try to email a photo from my Phote file, it sets up a Incredimail email not a Mediacom email and it will not send. I am desperately needing to send a passport picture and cannot send it. Please help. Thanks.

I am sorry you are having problems with your Incredimail account. I would suggest contacting the company directly with this concern.
