Purchased Subscription To Gold Gallery Plus Emoticons Superpack On 4/5/2011
I have been trying to dowload the products since then and have come up empty. When I try, I get a notice to buy said purchases. Since they are bought and paid for already it gets a little upsetting. Please correct this error immediately. I have been a user of Incredimail for years and don't understand why I cannot download what has already been paid for. I would appreciate an answer reasonably soon. Thanking you in advance.
