Oil Didn't Reach My Engine And The Cylinder Burst

Dear sir,Less than one month ago, I imported one Santafe 2400/ model 2014,for my self from Dubai. It has moved less than 2000 kg but a very serious problem has happened for my car's engine. The oil pump has been locked and ot caused my cars cylinder to burst.As this model of car has not imported in Iran yet, the engine is not availabe in Iran. If I want to import it from Dubai, it costs about 20000 use whic is too much for a new car. please advise me:1. I did some investigating & I noticed in the engine pictures you attached had the word Kia imprinted on part of it. Hundai & Kia are not the same company but both are owned by the same parent company. But they aren't supposed to be sharing manufacturing or parts. I tried to find a corporate number for Hundai without success. I suggest you first contact the Dubai Dealer where you purchased the vehicle. You may want to go to this page & submit your situation in an email to the corporate headquaters.
