Fuel Injector Fire

How do I get Hyndai to respond?  I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent.  Took it in for fuel injector replacement.  Picked up the car and about 5 miles from the dealership the car caught on fire while I was going down the expressway.  I was going 70 miles an hour and also the brakes didin't work - assume the fire burned through the brake line.  Car is totalled and I could have lost my life.  Dealership says they didn't do anything wrong.  Really???  Now my car is totalled, I have to buy a new car and Hyundai will not take any responsibility for the car fire.  I am going to get a lawyer and sue as that is the only option I have.  There is no way a car would just catch on fire so fast unless the dealership did something wrong on that fuel injector or something came loose.   Carlos Solsona Buford Georgia
