Lexicon Audio And Navigation Problem

The Navigation screen does not appear when vehicle is started. In some cases the Radio comes on and cannot be controlled. None of the controls around the screen or on the left side of steering wheel work. Bluetooth is working, as I can make and receive calls, and the screen comes on and touch controls work fine. Screen goes blank when call ends. Inserting a CD will activate the screen and the screen touch controls work. Volume controls do not work. When CD is ejected, the radio comes on and cannot be controlled with any of the buttons or knobs. I have pulled and replaced all of the Audio Fuses and the large Yellow fuse on the left side of the dash. I also disconnected the battery for about 2 hours, but didn't change anything. Backup Camera works ok.Any suggestions on how to reboot or reset the system, if that is what needs to be done.

please try this:

Go to ENG menu (by pressing these buttons simultaneously: Disc/AUX, Navi/Menu, Back and the Volume Knob on the DVD player).

Go to the "Software Update" submenu and selet "To full ENG full mode". When you select it, it prompts for a key code.

If you have the old head unit with old NAV maps (2009 and 2010), first try entering ##0324#0704## as key code.

If you have a newer head unit (2011 or later) or upgraded the NAV maps, enter 0324 as key code. Once you enter the code, on the left hand side there will be few more menu items that make up the full engineering mode.

Select "Diagnostics" submenu then select "Reset Component". Select UTA. This should reset the Amplifier. If audio doesn't come back, try resetting the other components.
