Adding Phone Contacts

I have a 2021 Hyundai Elantra with the Navigation package and have paired my Droid X phone with the car's system.  However, I don't a phone book option nor a way of adding a phone number to a phone book.  Is there such an option?  It appears as though my contacts on my cell phone do not sync with the bluetooth in the car so I would like to manually add phone numbers to my car system if that's possible.
