Electric Folding Mirrors Santa Fe 2008 (lhd)

mirrors folded normally when I parked up, when pressed button to unfold, drivers mirror not responding and makes continual clicking noise even with ignition off. fuse as indicated in owners manual does not isolate the mirror when removed. HELP!!!
