2008 Elantra Radio Shows, Loading

when I try to display my XM radio ID, it displays LOADING in the lower part of the LCD display. Upper portion displays appropriate info.It actually shows, LOADING, all the time. It has a single disc CD player and I assume it "thinks" there is a CD in it.Any ideas?Model # is HD445XM.

I suggest cleaning the cd disc & the laser.
