Lost All Power

was driving down the road when the car lost all power and the engine stopped. Have spark, fuel, lights, timing belt appears to be ok, car turns over freely but does not fire.

The only thing I can think of is that you tripped the fuel pump shutoff switch (inertia switch). Did you hit a bump or a pothole in the road? Any sudden jarring will trip the fuel pump shutoff switch. It's a safety feature in case you have an accident. Any impact will trip the switch and stop the pump from pumping any more gas out, which helps to prevent a fire.

I tried to find where the reset button is located, but didn't have too much luck.  One website stated that it was inside the engine compartment on the driver's side, right next to the suspension tower. On Fords and many other cars, it's located in the trunk, usually on the driver's side wheel well. It's usually a red button, so it's should be easy to spot. Good luck!
