I Have A 2007 Hyundai Accent Era Diesel Car, And The Eps Light Has Come On N

The EPS light has come on and I now have no power steering. I have checked my manual and it tells me where to check my power steering fluid but i can not find it under the bonnet of my car. Is this something I cannot do and do I have to take it to a garage or is it hidden out of sight? I have found all the other fluid containers - brakes, water. coolant, oil, but no power steering, it seems strange since it is in the manual. Please help desperate since I am in Turkey and may have a problem with this Thank You ZG

You can't find any fluid. EPS means "electric power steering". All the power steering (electric motor, sensor) is attached to the steering column out of sight under the dashboard. It is not hydraulic. The repair costs a fortune unfortunately.
