2006 Hyundai Tiburon Ac And Horn Stopped Working

I turned off my car and the air conditoner was working fine.  I went out 30 minutes later to and when I turned on my AC the compressor did not kick in.  I researched on line and found a relay that operates both items and replaced it but it did not fix the issue.  Any suggestions where I should look next?
