Water Leak In Rear Side..driver Side Of Engine

Whrn i crank up my 2005 sonata..water shoot out of two little pin holes on drivers side rear part of engine..nit a hose..two very small holes..cant feel them..but water shoots out..is there a gasket or rubber seal that may have blown off..its rectangular where the water is coming from
